The Publisher Application must properly display any and all attribution and source links associated with any Licensed Content (including without limitation Ads) as returned by the APIs. Every web page on a Publisher Application which displays any Licensed Content must also clearly attribute the source of such content to CityGrid using the Marks provided by CityGrid and include the phrase "powered by CityGrid; data from Infogroup ©[YEAR]" on such page. For more details please review the attribution guidelines. The content, placement, size and format of the attribution, and any subsequent modification thereto, shall be subject to CityGrid approval.
